Most people have never hired a clearing contractor before. That is normal, and it is why we spell the whole thing out instead of asking you to trust a handshake and a number scribbled on a card.

The first call

Ten minutes on the phone tells us most of what we need.

You tell us where the property is, roughly how much ground is involved and what you want it to look like when we leave. We ask about access, whether there are trees you want kept and what the timeline looks like on your end. If mulching is not the right tool for what you described, we say so on that call rather than after the deposit.

The site walk

Free inside fifty miles of Springfield, and the owner does it.

We walk the property with you and mark it out together. Stem density, largest tree size, wet spots, property pins, the septic field, the well head and the trees that stay. This is where the number gets real, because we are measuring the actual work instead of guessing from a satellite photo.

Written scope and fixed price

Back to you inside two business days.

You get a written scope that says what gets cleared, what stays, what finish level to expect and what it costs. Fixed price, not an hourly meter. If we find something during the job that changes the scope, work stops and you approve the change before another hour gets billed.

The work

We show up the morning we committed to and we tell you before we arrive. Most residential jobs run one to three days. You get progress photos if you are not on site, and you get a phone call the moment weather or ground conditions change anything about the schedule.

Final walk and handoff

We do not leave until you have walked it.

We walk the finished property together before the machines load out. Anything that is not right gets fixed while we are still there, which is a lot easier than getting a crew back out next week. Then you get photos of the finished work and a straightforward invoice that matches the quote.

Start with a free site walk

Most residential properties run one to three days. Larger acreage or heavy timber can run a week or more. We give you a realistic window at quote time instead of an optimistic one.

No. Plenty of owners are at work or out of state. We send progress photos and we handle the final walk whenever you can meet us, or by video if you are far away.

Coastal Georgia ground gets soft fast. If working through it would rut your property badly, we stop and reschedule. You get a call the same day, not a no show.

We flag them together during the site walk and the operator works around them. The owner runs the machine on most jobs, so the person who agreed to keep that oak is the person at the controls.

On completion, after you have walked the finished work. Larger multi week projects can be split into progress payments agreed up front.
