Our story
Built on service standards, run on coastal Georgia ground.
Cleared to Land/Scape started with one machine and a simple idea. Land work in this part of Georgia had a reputation for missed dates, vague pricing and jobsites left in worse shape than they were found. None of that had to be true.
The standards came out of military service. Be where you said you would be. Say the hard thing early rather than the comfortable thing now. Finish what you started and leave the place squared away. Those turned out to translate directly to running heavy equipment on somebody else's property.
Today we handle forestry mulching, land clearing, grading and site prep, storm cleanup and driveway construction across Effingham, Chatham, Bulloch, Bryan and Screven counties. The company grew, but the owner still runs the machine on most jobs, and the person you meet at the estimate is the person you will see the morning work begins.
