You show us the ground and tell us what you want it to become. We flag the trees that stay, note the wet spots, and take honest measurements before anyone quotes a number.

Acreage, method, machine and timeline, all in writing. One price for the work described, and if the scope changes you approve it before a single hour is billed.

Tight lots get the compact track machine. Heavy timber gets the high flow mulcher. You get a start date you can plan your week around and a call if weather moves it.

Mulching, clearing and grading run in sequence so the site never sits torn open. Mulch goes back down as erosion cover and the grade gets shaped as we go.

Final walkthrough with you on the property. If a stump sits proud or an edge needs another pass, the machine is still here and it gets handled that day.
